Edited Works

Di Scala has considerable editing experience, both as editor of a scholarly journal, the Italian Quarterly, from 1974 to 1980, and as editor of a book series on Italian and Italian American Studies for Praeger Publishers (Greenwood) from 2000 to 2006. The books Di Scala published in the series have been especially important. Written on essential topics about which little existed in English, they have been praised in journals such as The American Historical Review, The Journal of Modern History, Choice, and others for their quality and contributions to the field and have been endorsed by top scholars.
